Your grades our nice, but they wont really look at 8th grade and 9th grade. Its going to come down to how well you do your Junior year and your ACT/SAT test scores. Make an account on collegeboard.com and add NYU to your list. Then fill in your info and compare yourself to their students or see if you are on track for getting in. Also, your extracurriculars are solid.
