What's the cheapest plan I can get a Verizon Android for?

I've had Verizon for two years and there service is five star! Recently, in an attempt to save money for college this coming fall, I thought I'd give Virgin Mobile a try. At $35 a moth for unlimited texting and data it sounded like an attractive deal, along with a BB 8530 for less then $100, but there service sucks... (In my hometown, West Lafayette looks good!) Anyhow, since I'm due for an upgrade/contract renewal soon I thought I'd seek out other options with Verizon... Right now I'm on a family share plan so it runs about $35 a month. But soon were breaking up that plan so I'll be on my own... I understand the price will go WAY up at that point... I'd be cool with my old phone, an Andriod or possibly even an iPhone! I'm just wondering what sort of rate I could expect? I text way more then talk so I don't need whole lot of talk time, and it would be super handy to have a phone with data. So what it going to cost me Doc.?
