Can I get into NYU? BU? Penn State?

I just finished my junior year with a 3.8 and took my first SATs and got an 1820. I have 4 leadership roles; Treasurer of Key Club, Vice President of Green Team, Editor in Cheif of the AVID Reader, and Speech Captain of Forensics team. I also am part of several other clubs and did Volleyball Summer League, and volunteer at the animal shelter. I took 3 APs and am taking 3 more. I'm getting a job this summer and taking college courses. What else do I do besides raise my GPA a bit more and retake the SATs? Do I have a chance?
