Help !! what colleges can i get into ?

I had hard times freshman & sophomore year but Im on a drastic upward tread I'm going into my Sr. Year my weighted GPA is 3.4 (unweighted 2.7 ) I have taken all AP and honors courses. ( AP courses are as follows : AP Human Geo, AP World history ,AP US History , AP Psychology , AP English 3 ) This Year the only AP courses I will have are AP Statistics AP Government and AP economics. I have tons of community service hours , and good recommendations. I am on student council ( Treasurer ) and the Chairman/ Founder of The student court. My goal is to Start a not for profit organization to raise awareness about & help build schools wells ect. In the developing world....... I want a degree in business management or any business degree for that matter with hopefully a double minor in journalism & international studies ... if it counts I'm a multi racial male & the son of a disabled veteran , residing in Jacksonville fl
