I need help with a persuasive essay?

I need help. At my school there is a Associated student body and we had to vote for the people to be in it. An ASB President a vice President, two 8th grade class Presidents , a treasurer , and an ASB secretary. There was two people running for ASB President and of course only one could be it. No one was running for ASB Secretary but we can vote for people who we want it to be and a lot of people picked me. The person who lost the election for ASB President somehow got chosen for ASB Secretary which made me very upset. I do not think that is fair and I would like some ideas if you have any to help solve this problem. I am going to write an essay on why I am more deserving and would like some help....
