I need to record a warrantee deed in detroit, mi but where do i get the tax certification from?

i tried calling many numbers for the wayne county treasurer but i can't seem to get a response no one answers the phones; and all i can find online is that the fee for this tax certification is $4.00 but does not give any information on where to get it or who to contact for this.
