I think I over texted. Help!?

call the company and ask them to 'backdate' you text messaging package to an unlimited one, or one that will cover your charges. Say you didnt realize your plan was so small so you would have gladly paid the small fee to cover the package you actually needed. Be very nice and mature. You just need to say you are a 'user' if that is the case but dont try to act like your mom. if its your phone u should be able to negiote w/ them. IF they say no, try again, each representative has a differetn personality and different attitude and i've tried four times usually when i need something changed, or a fee taken off and usually ive gotten what i wanted, even if it took 4 tries.
