What kind of colleges should looking into that I would actually have a chance of getting in?

By my grades and test scores i don't know if I would be looking into community colleges or ivy league...please help me! I get straight A's and take extra college classes at my high school (no AP or honors cause its not offered there) I got an 1850 on my SAT and a 29 on my ACT. On the SAT Subject Tests I got a 630 in Literature, a 580 in Physics, and a 570 in US History. I take part in many clubs at my school and am the treasurer for a few. I'm a Junior right now. So what kind of college should I look for (not based on major but rank and ability to get in?)
