Can I become a Heart Surgeon?

I am an incoming sophomore in high school, but I received a 4.0 GPA my first semester of ninth grade, and a 3.8 GPA in my second semester of ninth grade. Is this still good enough to become a surgeon? I am secretary of student council, treasurer of the Key Club, have played the piano for 8 1/2 years, awarded the Hope of America Award, received Academic High Honors, Christian Leadership, and Service award.
