Where can i fully customize my own hoodie?? T shirts?? Trousers?

I mean, I have some Ideas on different types of hoodie..e.g A plain black hoodie with neon blue and white lightning all over the place, and I cant find it anywhere. I found one kinda close, but it was for dogs and there was a cheesy picture of a skeleton riding a Harley ffs! It was a double ruin! lol : )There are a lot of the bog standard "Create-a-t shirt" joints that just don't let me do enough and there seems to be a heavy trend with Skulls and cheesy symbols in hoodies which is now done to death, so where can I go to have more of an in-depth customization of Hoodies and T-shirts and even Jeans?
