What should I do with my family?

So I am 20 years old and live with my mom, dad, and older sister. The problem is, my family does not acknowlege or care that we have a dirty house. Well, my mom works around the clock and honestly does not have time. My dad, does not care that are house is dirty and does not do anything to fix it up, the paint is pealing off and their are moths in the house. My sister also does not really care if a house is dirty, she's always so focused on her work. I care about our house, but since I dont have the financial resources, I bascially have no say in repairing our house. What should I do? Move out?
